Terms of Service

The service
Sismo is a B2B analytics service provided to client brands (the "Customer"). It measures the performance of the Customer's TikTok creator program from official data sources: the TikTok Display API, App Store Connect and RevenueCat. Sismo is not offered to consumers.
The Customer's responsibilities
The Customer warrants that it has the right to engage the creators in its program, and that each creator authorizes TikTok access themselves, on TikTok's OAuth consent screen. Access to a creator's data is granted by the creator, not by the Customer, and the creator can revoke it at any time.
Metrics
Metrics are provided "as measured" from official sources, as bounds with explicit refusals: when the underlying data does not support a number, Sismo declines to display one. Sismo does not warrant that any particular figure will be available.
Availability
Sismo aims for reasonable availability but is provided without a service level agreement.
Termination
When the Customer's contract ends, data collection stops and the TikTok data of the Customer's creators is deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
